About Me
At the beginning of 2026, I discovered needle felting almost by chance. Before that, I mainly worked with marble sculpture. My only previous experience with felt had been wet felting—a technique that never really inspired me.
That changed the moment I tried needle felting. From my very first attempt, I was completely captivated by this way of working. It immediately felt right, almost as if I had been waiting a long time to discover exactly this creative medium.
What surprised me most was how naturally the technique came to me. Many aspects of it feel intuitive, without requiring much conscious thought. Feedback from experienced felt artists has also suggested that my approach is somewhat unique, even though I find it difficult to explain why.
Right now, it is simply the joy of experimenting and creating that motivates me. I set myself a challenge—and usually find a way to bring it to life.
For me, there is something truly special about bringing animals and people to life in wool. I would be delighted to create a needle-felted portrait of your beloved pet or someone special to you, with great care, sensitivity, and attention to even the smallest details.
